1) To liaise with both schools in matters of common interest;

2) Deal with requests for financial assistance from the schools as well as from ACS students;

3) Obtain the examination result in UPSR from the Primary School and the PMR, SPM and STPM results from the Secondary every year and report same to the Management Committee and announce the results to the members through Annual Reports and Newsletters;

4) Liaise with both schools before the Speech Days and arrange for the ACSian Awards which are donated by the OBA to the Secondary as well as the Primary School to the best All-round students;

5) Attend to matters pertaining to the Boards of Governors and Managers for both schools and fill vacancies from time to time as and when the need arises;

6) Prepare and provide articles, reports and photographs to the School Magazine, “Pelita Murid” (Secondary) anually;

7) Organise OBA representatives to attend Annual Speech Days in both schools, Anniversary Celebrations and other functions wherein the OBA is involved or invited; and

8) Attend to other matters not stated above between the OBA and the Schools
